Cultural Identity Wrap-Up

In this unit on cultural identity, I have learned about the melting pot and salad bowl concept. I believe that the United States' culture needs to be more of a melting pot than salad bowl. People need to look for similarities between each other, and not only see the differences. Different countries have different culture and tranditions. Some of these cultures are change or lost when they move from their native country, but some will always remain with them in the new country.

CULTURAL IDENTITY WRAP-UP

It's mentioned that the culture of countries are different. We can learn everything from others.I learned that culture and civilization can affect on our mind.And also it causes to change the path of our life. There are two concepts about the culture. First,"Melting Pot" belongs to the past.Second, "Salad Bowl"relates with now or future. Somethings lost own meaning and make another one.Every country have different culture that people transfer to other places.Then, people improve in their life.It causes that the generation differ to each other.I will get accustom to cultural of diversity.It may be about art,knowledge,science even fashion.I think the culture is divided to contemporary and ancient culture that they influence on the aspects of our life that how much we have been improving.

Takhte Jamshid is a historical place that our cilivisation and culture belong to there .There was a capital city in the past that dynasty's Hakhanesi were governing.
